G & B Promotions Ltd (trading as Gus Burton Racing), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08699587), runs this website and is responsible for the data you give us here. What we collect
- When you join the team: the name for the car, your email, and for tiers with kit, your size and postal address. Stripe collects and holds your payment details; we never see your card number.
- When you email us or use a form: what you send us, so we can reply.
- When you sign up for updates: your email address and the date you consented.
What we do with it
We use it to run the backer programme: putting your name on the car, sending your kit, inviting you to events, entering you in the prize draw and keeping you posted about the season. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone except the services that help us run the site.
Who helps us
Stripe (payments), Supabase (our database, hosted in the EU), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
Your name on the car
The name you choose at checkout is printed on the car and photographed at races, so treat it as public.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as we need them for accounting, normally six years. Newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Enquiries until they are resolved.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe at any time. Email mike@gusburtonracing.com.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. Stripe sets the cookies it needs to take a payment securely.
